From the program for Happy Birthday Dear Alice:

JON ALKAN is delighted to return to the Kanata Theatre stage. His last production was with Tara in May in John Bull's Other Island, so this Irish thing is becoming somewhat of a habit. Previous KT roles included van Helsing in Dracula, Harold in Communicating Doors and the title role in Rockin' Rumplestiltskin. Jon has also participated in numerous parts, leads and chorus, for Savoy, Nepean Little Theatre and Lakeside Players and, as Fagin, in 0liver for Company MusicalTheatre. When the plays start focusing on the Nursing Home... maybe it's time to reconsider!
