GEOFF WILLIAMS
(Reverend Pringle) is happy to be back on stage.He has been involved with Kanata Theatre in many capacities such as directing, lighting designer, sound assistant, construction and set painting, among others. He has been on stage at least once a year for the past 5-6 seasons, most recently as Davenport in Inherit the Wind, and hopes to achieve a personal goal of an appearance on stage for 10 consecutive years. Geoff also hopes to return to the role of director in short order.

GEOFF WILLIAMS (Davenport) is happy to be back on stage having previously directed Kanata Theatre’s Perfect Wedding earlier this season. Much of his spare time goes into the development of theatrical productions at the Ron Maslin Playhouse, and he has filled many roles including: lighting design, sound assistant, director, actor, and occasionally can be seen at the servery (poaching snacks). He is delighted to be involved in this iconic production of Inherit the Wind.

GEOFF WILLIAMS (Director) is happy to direct his first feature length play on the Kanata Theatre stage. He has directed at the University of Ottawa, where he also acquired a degree in Theatre Arts. Geoff has grown up on the stage at the Ron Maslin Playhouse. When he is not directing, he can often be seen acting. Previous roles include: Billy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Downey in A Few Good Men and most recently as Dr. Sanderson in Harvey. It is with pleasure that he presents to you Perfect Wedding.

GEOFF WILLIAMS (Dr. Sanderson) has been involved with Kanata Theatre since he was just a boy. Appearing on and off stage in various roles ranging from construction, lighting, and sound to acting. He has appeared on stage numerous times at the Ron Maslin, including roles such as Billy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, PFC Downey in A Few Good Men and most recently as Ben in Friends With Benefits. Geoff has also directed several times at the Unversity of Ottawa, and will soon be bringing those talents to Kanata Theatre.

GEOFF WILLIAMS (Ben) is a theatre graduate from the University of Ottawa, and has appeared on stage at the Ron Maslin Playhouse a handful of times. These roles include Pte. Downey in A Few Good Men, Billy in One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, and Dud in You'll Get Used to It! - The War Show. Geoff has also appeared at the Ottawa Fringe Festival and hopes to do so again. When not on stage, he enjoys working behind the scenes on lighting design and set construction.

GEOFF WILLIAMS (Pfc. Louden Downey) will be receiving his degree in Theatre and Film Studies this year, from the University of Ottawa. He has made Kanata Theatre a home away from home, appearing in many performances: Kitchen Witches, Just So, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, The Dragon Slayers, Through the Looking Glass and You’ll Get Used To It! - The War Show. He also made an appearance in the Ottawa Fringe Festival in Antique Bliss. When he’s not on stage, he enjoys working with lights and hopes to begin writing his own one act.

GEOFF WILLIAMS (Rob) most recently appeared as a lead actor in a Fringe Festival production as well as a volunteer at several of the venues. Geoff has appeared many times on the KT stage, most notably as Billy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and as Dud in You’ll Get Used to It! - The War Show. When Geoff is not on stage he greatly enjoys lighting design and construction work. In his upcoming year of study, Geoff will finally get a chance to direct his own (short) one act show at the University of Ottawa.

GEOFF WILLIAMS (Billy) has been a member of Kanata Theatre all his life. He has played several major roles such as Duds in You'll Get Used to It! - The War Show and Brian in The Dragon Slayers. Geoff enjoys participating in set construction or aiding with stage crew when he isn't acting. He plans to learn sound and lighting and hopes to become a jack-of-all-trades at the Ron Maslin Playhouse.

 

From You'll Used to it: The War Show:

GEOFF WILLIAMS (Duds) feels that there has never been a time when he was not part of Kanata Theatre, because parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents have all been members. He himself had a walk-on part in Hobson's Choice and had an acting role in Through the Looking Glass. He has also busied himself backstage, specialising in set construction and stage-floor painting. A student at the Earl of March Secondary School, Geoff also worked backstage in school productions.
