DALE MACEACHERN (Henry) was Victor Chandebise/Poche in A Flea in Her Ear (Capital Critics Circle nomination Best Actor). His other Kanata Theatre appearances include Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew (CCC nomination Best Actor), Robert Castle in Kiss the Moon, Kiss the Sun (CCC nomination Best Actor), and Roger in The Long Weekend. He has also performed with the Tara Players and with Ottawa Little Theatre and was Lingk in Gladstone/Avalon’s production of ed3 cw(CCC Award-Best Professional Production).

From The Long Weekend:

DALE MACEACHERN (Roger Nash) is pleased to be making his first appearance with Kanata Theatre. He has performed in productions by the Mokami Players of Labrador, including the role of King Philip of France in their award-winning rendition of The Lion in Winter. He has also acted with GOYA of Ottawa. He is a great fan of Norm Foster, has a background in sketch comedy and, to the chagrin of his neighbours, has recently taken up the bagpipes.

From Kiss the Moon, Kiss the Sun:

DALE MACEACHERN (Robert Castle) first appeared on the Kanata Theatre stage last season as Roger Nash in the Norm Foster play The Long Weekend. Dale has also appeared in productions with Tara Players, GOYA and the Mokami Players of Labrador. He is grateful to be working with such a talented and generous cast and crew and thanks his wife Christine for her patience and support.

From Having a Wonderful Time, Wish You Were Her

DALE MACEACHERN (Paul) first appeared on the Kanata Theatre stage as Roger in the Norm Foster play The Long Weekend and then as Robert Castle in Kiss the Moon, Kiss the Sun, another Norm Foster play. He has also performed with the Tara Players as Andy in Lovers: Winners and Losers and with the Ottawa Little Theatre as Quinn in The Affections of May. He is grateful to be working with such a talented and generous cast and crew.

DALE MACEACHERN (Petruchio) was Paul in last season’s Having a Wonderful Time, Wish You Were Her. His two previous Kanata Theatre appearances were in Norm Foster plays, as Roger in The Long Weekend and Robert in Kiss the Moon, Kiss the Sun (Capital Critics Circle nomination as Best Actor). He has also performed with the Tara Players in Lovers: Winners and Losers and Thirst and with Ottawa Little Theatre in The Affections of May, The Memory of Water, and Present Laughter.
